Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is based on the quantity, fabric, and customization method specified at the time of quoting — changes to any of these after quoting may result in a revised price.

Prices exclude shipping, duties and destination-country taxes unless explicitly included in the quotation.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Each product line carries its own minimum order quantity, confirmed at the time of quoting. Orders below the stated MOQ may be accepted at our discretion and may carry a small-batch surcharge.

Samples & Approval

• A pre-production sample is provided for approval before bulk production begins on new styles.
• Sample costs, where applicable, are communicated at quoting and may be credited toward the bulk order.
• Once a sample is approved in writing (email or signed approval form), it becomes the production standard — F1RST World is not liable for variations the client did not flag at sample stage.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to confirm production slots and raw material procurement; the remaining balance is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods are confirmed at invoicing.
• Production timelines begin only after the deposit is received and the sample is approved.

Production Lead Time

Estimated lead times are provided at quoting and begin from sample approval and deposit confirmation. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by fabric availability, order complexity, and seasonal production volume. We will communicate proactively if a delay is expected.

Quality & Tolerances

Bulk production may carry standard industry tolerances in measurement (±) and minor shade variation between production dye lots, consistent with the approved sample. Claims regarding quality must be raised in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment, with supporting photos.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping method and carrier are agreed at quoting. Once goods are handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the client, unless F1RST World has agreed in writing to insure the shipment. Customs duties and import taxes at destination are the client's responsibility.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before deposit payment. After deposit payment and sample approval, cancellation may be subject to a charge covering fabric already procured and work already completed, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property & Custom Designs

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any logo, artwork or design submitted for production. F1RST World will not knowingly reproduce artwork that infringes a third party's trademark or copyright, and reserves the right to decline such orders.

Custom patterns and tech packs developed specifically for a client's order remain confidential and are not shared with, or produced for, other clients without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

F1RST World's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or missed launch dates, arising from production delays outside our reasonable control.

Privacy Policy

Information submitted through our quotation and contact forms — name, company, contact details and project specifications — is used solely to prepare quotations, manage orders and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or share client information with third parties outside of what is necessary to fulfill an order (e.g. shipping carriers).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from an order will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between both parties before further action is pursued.
